RELAIS VILLA
Originally an ancient medieval fortress, adapted to a country residence in the half of 18th c., it is completely absorbed by the green historic park designed by the German botanist Ludwig Winter in 1875. This romantic gardens has enormous oak trees, beautiful palm trees and rare exotic plants grew thank to the special micro climate of the area. Furthermore it is the first Italian gardens with bioenergetic areas.

The San Pancrazio Chapel charms our guests with its frescoes and architectural settings, offering wonderful view also from the windows of the Villa. Six refined suites are at guests disposal for an exclusive stay in a relaxing atmosphere.

RESIDENZA SAN PANCRAZIO
The ancient farmhouse has been carefully restored to create five elegant apartment suites with independent direct access and kitchenettes, marches an cotto floors and marble bathrooms. Surrounded by a very nice green space with olive trees and Mediterranean plants, the Residenza San Pancrazio is close to the swimming pool, gymnasium and sauna and it is the ideal place for families and for those who want both privacy and high quality hospitality standard.

Borgo Storico Seghetti Panichi is set in southern Marche, the Piceno area, just 10 kilometers from the sandy shores of the Adriatic sea and 8 km from the enchanting medieval town of Ascoli Piceno, entirely built in local white marble stone. History and culture here have carved out a unique and extraordinary result which well deserves being discovered: art cities, fortresses, Romanesque churches, historical theatres, and archeological sites are spread out in the peaceful and noble atmosphere of the Marche landscape. The Borgo is an ideal base from which to explore all this: Ascoli Piceno, Offida, Fermo, Macerata (which hosts an opera season in its open air amphitheatre in summer), the Sibillini Natural park and the surrounding tiny hill towns.
