In which year did you start your wedding planning business and which reasons made you
start working in this job?
I started my business in 2007. When planning my own wedding I realised how difficult to choose the right wedding vendos. And the second thing I realised was that there is no wedding planner office in my region. Additionally, at those times I was bored with my actual job (technical translator and manager assistant), because it wasn't enough creative and interesting for me. After my second wedding season I left my original job and became a full-time wedding planner.

Do you work alone or in a team?
I work alone, but I have a representative in Budapest, since I live in country-side in Hungary.

In which languages can you take care of your customers?
Hungarian and English.

What are the main regions where you are planning weddings?
South-West of Hungary and Budapest mainly.

What are your personal favourites regarding:
a) a location for a destination wedding in your home region? My wedding venue, a little castle hotel.
b) a location for a destination wedding in the rest of the world? All sandy beaches.
c) a location for a wedding reception in your home region? Traditional Hungarian restaurants.
d) a location for a wedding reception in in the rest of the world? A Greek tavern.
e) a country / region / hotel for a honeymoon? Sandy beaches :-)

Have you organised weddings for couples from outside your country?
Yes. Most of my customers are "international couples" - Hungarian bride and foreign groom and vica versa. They usually come from Europe: Germany, UK, Austria, Belgium.

Which strengths of your company would you like to mention?
Full-time work, enthusiasm, experience.

Could you tell us a little story about something special that you have experienced during your work as a wedding planner?
My most romantic wedding to plan was a surprise wedding in Tuscany. A Hungarian groom took his girlfriend to a holiday tour to Tuscany. The first surprise was the wedding proposal, but the bigger came the next day. It was a wedding! I cooperated with an Italian wedding planner. The surprise and wedding was perfect! After returning home, I planned their Hungarian wedding too with their families. This whole story is amazing.
